Public Social Media Policy
It is the social media policy of Citizens State Bank (the Bank) not to tolerate the posting of infringing content, spam, sensitive personal information, inappropriate links, threatening, defamatory, profane, obscene or abusive material, reference to illegal activity, or similarly inappropriate content on the Bank’s social media sites. The Bank will delete inappropriate content from it social media sites, including but not limited to, those mentioned above. The Bank reserves the right to terminate user access to the Bank’s social media sites for violations of this policy. No personal banking information should be shared on user-generated content/social media sites. If it is shared on the Bank’s social media sites, the Bank will remove it immediately. The Bank may post photographs or videos taken at bank-sponsored and/or local public events. The Bank’s policy is to not tag individuals in photos and video posts, but to allow other users to tag themselves and others in photos and videos. To request an image or video to be removed from the Bank’s Facebook page, and/or LinkedIn page, please complete our Request Not to Use Likeness and submit to the Bank as directed in the form. Please be advised that email is not a secure method of communication and should not be used to provide personal, non-public information such as account numbers, social security numbers, dates of birth, etc.
